Pick Up Directly From Your Hotel
Your Cozumel tour begins with your dive guide picking you up directly from your hotel at which point you'll be chauffeured to Pelican Beach in Playa del Carmen with the aim of meeting our dive boat at 8:15. Upon boarding the boat, your gear will be set up and a dive briefing will be given before one of our captains ferry you over to the island.
In the interest of saving time, we ask that you please let us know each diver's (fin), BCD and wetsuit sizing when you make your booking:

The boat crossing from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel is a fun experience in and of itself. What if I don't have my own scuba diving equipment?
No problem! We provide all necessary scuba diving equipment, including wetsuits, BCDs, regulators, and tanks. Rental fees are included in the tour package.
How long does the boat ride from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel take?
The boat ride typically takes approximately 25 to 40 minutes, depending on sea conditions and weather.
Is any water or snacks provided during the boat ride?
Yes, water and fresh fruit (typically watermelon, pineapple and banana) are provided onboard the boat for your enjoyment.
What happens if the event of strong winds on the day of my tour?
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather or rough sea conditions, you can choose to either reschedule or be fully refunded for the tour.
Can I bring my own dive gear instead of using the equipment provided?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own scuba gear if you prefer. However, please ensure that your equipment is in good condition and meets safety standards.
Is transportation back to my hotel in Cancun after the tour included?
Yes, transportation back to your hotel in Cancun is included in the tour package. Typically this will be done by one of our dive guides but for bigger groups, we'll provide a shuttle.
Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the tour package?
The tour package includes transportation, scuba diving equipment rental, and boat fees. We do offer an optional underwater photography services which is available at an additional cost.
How far in advance should I book my scuba diving tour to Cozumel?
There are only 3 boats in Playa del Carmen which offer tours to Cozumel. In light of this, we recommend booking your tour at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak travel seasons. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated subject to availability.
