Xplor is an All-Inclusive Park where you have the opportunity to enjoy various breathtaking adventures in the exquisite biodiversity that only the Mayan jungle can offer. Fly across the sky on Zip Lines, test your driving skills in our amphibious ATV's on heart-racing bush trails, swim and raft through impressive rock formations in natural caverns and caves before finally splashing into cenotes on a swinging hammock!

Your day begins in the morning when we have you picked up directly from the lobby of your hotel. Upon arrival at the park you will be given a key, attached to a wrist-strap, to your own personal locker for the day. Here you will be able to leave your belongings and have the peace of mind that they wont come flying out of your pocket on any of the rides during this jungle adventure.
With two circuits of 14 zip-lines, Xplor is the most visited zip-line park in the word and welcomes over 500,000 visitors each year. It has received various international awards such as the ACCT Zip Line/Canopy Tour Affinity Group's “Best Adventure Park in the World” and the “High Vertical Recognition” from Petzl for their safety standards.
However, you will not only get the chance to experience your own flight through the jungle but will also have the opportunity to race across the undergrowth and through various caves and caverns in an amphibious ATV on two separate 3 mile circuits.
Furthermore, there are two underground river circuits for you to paddle through on rafts or, when you need to take a break from all the adrenaline, you can also elect to take a leisurely stroll on our cavern walk which is home to some amazing and out-worldish rock formations.
All these adventures are bound to leave you hungry so if you find yourself needing to refuel, an extensive and unlimited buffet is available at the Troglodita restaurant between the hours of 11am and 5pm. You will also have access to Oasis and Manantial, which are two smoothie and snack stations located on the jungle path. Best of all, all of your food and drinks are included on the tour!
In addition to all of this, all of the required safety equipment, including helmets, harnesses, life jackets, rafts and hand paddles are provided to you at no additional cost. Qualified personnel are located at each activity for safety and are also scattered across the park in case you need any directions or additional info.
Xplor Tips and Terms
- Bring proof of ticket purchase.
- Wear comfortable clothes, your swimsuit, and pack extra clothes to change into.
- Bring biodegradable sunscreen and help us to care for and preserve our ecosystem! In order not to affect the natural balance of the ecosystem, the Park is only allowed to use sunscreens and tanning agents that contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. We invite you to make use of biodegradable and chemical-free products!
- Bring a Towel
- Bring Cash or Cards to purchase Souvenirs and Photo Album of your visit.
- If you are pregnant, have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, or weigh more than 300lbs. Certain activities in the park are not recommended.
- Minimum age of 5 years to take part in the activities at Xplor Park.
- Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 4'5” must present identification to prove their age.
- Zip Line activities require minimum height of 3'6”, minimum weight of 88lbs, and maximum weight of 300lbs. Guests who do not meet these requirements will not be able to carry out the activity for their safety.
